Demetra Abrams - Founder of Grace and Growth

With over 20 years of experience working with children, Demetra Abrams created Grace and Growth to help young girls build confidence, develop positive self-image, and feel empowered in who they are. Demetra holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science and a Master's degree in Public Sociology. She currently works as a Master's-level child therapist, supporting children and families with emotional growth, self-esteem, and healthy coping skills. Her warm and compassionate approach, paired with a strong background in mental and emotional development, makes her uniquely equipped to guide girls through this meaningful journey.
